How to help MINI2?

Sorry to hear about the demise of ClubMINI2 but I completely understand and support the reasons for severing the links. I'll certainly be asking for my £30 back.

Over the last few weeks (prior to all the upheavals) I've been doing my bit by putting a ClubMINI2 flyer under the windscreen wiper of any stationery MINIs I've seen (found it a bit tricky to target the moving ones!). Obviously it's not appropriate to use those flyers any more but I feel strongly that we should still publicise MINI2 in general and, more specifically the Forum to attract new members.

Has anyone out there got a flyer already designed for this purpose that they'd like to share with the rest of us? I'm keen to keep up the work I've done so far to promote the site and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Any ideas?

I'll see if I can rustle up something this week, unless someone else beats me to it (as they often do!).

Thanks.

I made a mock up one using the 1st page as the Club mini2 and the 2nd page as purely mini2. Thought this was better as I wasn't a clubmini2 member at the time.

Put quite a few of the flyers out, but forgot to note the regs down. Next time I will that way I don't do a car twice (I don't think I did though) here is the one i played about with, not had time to remove the Club bit yet.

Damn cant attach it, if you want a look paul, email me and I'll send it

If you really want to help MINI2, why not send a donation and become a sponsor? It's easy, just look under Community at the top of this page. If you are getting any useful information from this site, and would like to see the site continue to exist, please consider making a contribution. I think you will agree, there are very few worthwhile things in life that are free. If you can afford a new MINI, you can afford to be a sponsor!

Thanks for that suggestion Tom - I might just do that!

When the new MINI2 flyer appears on the site (thanks for offering to do the honours Paul) though I'll also continue shoving them under windscreen wipers - certainly can't do any harm!

You can always do what I did, and that is go into a shopping centre and use one of those business card machines.

It will cost a couple of quid for 20 cards, you can personalise them with your site monica and still have the www.mini2.com thing on it.

I've given away about 8 so far with no results, but we live in hope.

Les,

You've just given me an idea! I shall use some of my blank pre-cut business cards and run some off with MINI2 thingy on them.
