What's the longest you've had to wait at the garage?

I brought my Mini to the dealership today for some (what I thought) quick fixes.
The airbag light had turned on, and the black molding above the wheel well needed a new clip to keep it down. How long do you think this should have taken?

I'll tell you how long! 4 hours and 15 minutes!

I sat there in that blasted customer lounge while countless other customers came in, sat down, read two magazine articles, and then were whisked away to their completed vehicles! One lady's entire air conditioning was broken and they had her out of there (in her car, with A/C pumpin') in under an hour!

Do you think the fixes I had done should have taken the entire morning? I'm mad.

I don't know about them, but I had an 8:30 appointment and I was there at 8:10!

maybe there was a problem with the air bag, which they had to fix before they let the car back on the road!
