Hello

Does anyone have an address where I can send a letter of complaint too, regarding an ongoing complant. I will attach my letter later on this evening, as I dont have it saved here at the momment

Why don't you just e-mail Customer Services at Mini (see MINI.co.uk website). They will reply.

Its a two page document at the momment. and it wont fit in their email form.

oh yes, the fact the when my car was in for a replacment stearing rack, they were using it as a customer test drive car!

and the fact the car is 1 year old, its had 2 new air conditioning compressors, new stearing rack, and the gear box "grinds" when ever you put it into reverse, to make things worse, when the car was in for a new stearing rack at 12,000 miles!!!! i was driving down the road in "my own hirecar" (as they didnt have any) i saw my mini sales person in my car with a customer to be, and then when i phoned the garage when my car would be ready for collection, i was told it would be a while as its in part in the workshop!

That's terrible. No wonder you are complaining big time....

my friend also said he saw it at mc donnalds drive thru, but could not remember the registration, but it wouldnt supprize me!

thing is i test drove a mini cooper s john cooper works the other day and loved it sooooo much, just that mini service is sooo rubbish!

Altwood Maidenhead, formally known as Altwood Taplow. I will not be using them again, IF I buy a cooper s, which I really want. But they make me so mad!
