Offline | They'll be a long 24 hours. Hehehe. Going to clean my girlfriends Clio (trading it in for a Suzuki Swift Sport!), and then will go and drive my Cooper S... hehe. Should take my mind off of the Play Off final tomorrow... Ooo! |

Offline | Just curious... has everyone else had their exhaust arrive already? I'm thinking because I'm quite a bit further away (Scotland), it's taking a little longer for it to get here...? ![]() Many thanks, Andrew. * * * * * NeuroBeaker Proud owner of "Zeus" (a 'slightly modified' 2004 Mini ONE). |

Offline | Fitted this morning, took my local 90mins - and after all the fuss the brackets on the silencers weren't used after all At the back its just about touching the trim of the rear bumper, so I may do a sliver of trimming of the black plastic.Only done 25 miles so far, but sounds deeper in tone and not chavvy at all Power delivery seems slightly smoother, hope I'm not imagining things!Best group buy I've seen in five years on these forums Thanks to those that made it happen. |

Offline | Ha! Its a small world - my wife is from Bishie - Elm Bank. If Roland won't do it then I would get a locla garage to do it for you before you go then you will be able to go down with the Miltek on and enjoy its dulsit tones on the way down. I do know a mobile mechanic who would probably fit it for you he is a friend of the in laws. I could PM his details if you want?I got in touch with Drivers too but just to see what a great deal I was getting ![]() |

Offline | Fitted! My Milltek is fitted. ![]() Really really really pleased with it. Sounds daft but I had a restless night last night, after reading some posts about quite a few people having probs fitting etc. and it needing washers here, there and everywhere....nothing ever goes smoothly for me, but, ...... I needn't have worried, it's gone on a treat and looks fab. It sounds great, not too in yu face, but enough to make me grin ![]() Thanks to Nylo for arranging this, I'm especially grateful such a newbie could join in too. |
