| MINI2 Regular | For the moment I have spoken to the chaps at RH and I am trying very hard to get a sample wheel off them so I can try it on my mini, and work out what will be required to make them fit, they are also available in ET35 but I suspect this fitment may stick too far out of the standard arch's, my father is an engineer so I have no doubts we can work something out to ensure we have everything spot-on. they do look mighty-fine, cheers for your comments paul, are you sure your not a little interested? Offline | It seems that ET55 is going to require a wide [dangerous?] spacer. This comment on the New MINIIG website seems to indicate that ET35 is the fitment: noX mit 215/40 ich hab für die RH-Maxilite in 8,5x17 Et35 It's a nice looking wheel but a wheel that wide pushed out that far can't be a good thing for the wheel bearings. |

| MINI2 Regular | XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX UPDATE XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I have had an up date from RH it seems that they have listened to us mini drivers and have set about producing a 7x17" version it will be the perfect fitment for the mini it will look the same as the 8.5's but will be a little cheaper @ £ 460 + vat a set (4) and there will be no fitment worries so how about that chaps result or what??????????????Last edited by bigalloys : Dec 18th, 2003 at 03:17 PM. |
