BTW has anyone had a definitive answer or the "positioning" of the seats. In the cars Ive been in the seats have been to high for my tastes. I know the height isn't adjustable in the same sense. But can the seats be put in at differing heights?

To get the dicount we just need to order the 10 sets. It can be any combination of seats so your ok the get 1/2 leather. Sytner just quoted me £300 to fit!!!! The guy I spoke to is on holiday today so will phone him 2moro to see if he can do a deal on fitting!

There's a spacer you can fit to heighten them slighly.

I think Damo means to get the seats lower! With the normal seats you can adjust them to any setting your comfortable at, personally I like my seat to be as low as poss.

Are the JCW seats higher than the standard sports ones are at their lowest setting?

Im my opinion, they are a LOT higher than the standard sports seats on their lowest setting.............

I don't like that about them actually..........

And they are slim fitting as was said - I'd advise any 'larger' people to try before you buy.........

I was quoted £1384 fitted from my dealer so £988 for the seats and £300 fitting makes a saving of £100. Not bad....will they give 20% if we get 20 buyers?

Does the £988 include postage?

bengascoyne I did gather that. I don't think I made myself clear - what I meant was that the JCW seat he sat in could have been fitted with the spacer. I have sat in with/without and it does make a difference.

If the seats cant be at the same height as the Lowest setting on the standard sport seats, then thats a big no no for me. Will have to investigate this weekend.

OK Here goes, we have enough orders so far that we do not require 10 or more the current number of 7 is enough providing we can close this by monday as I have other orders I need to fullfil

Full Leather retails at £1163.24 - available for £995.00 inc vat other variants will get the same % discount

Delivery TBA

Fitting £125+vat for the pair (we are unable to turn the airbag light off - our local dealer will do it for £35 in conjunction with this group buy)

Each PX would be judged on the seat itself so we would need to see them, make an offer then you choose if you take it or not.

I really am trying to help this group buy and we can only get 15% when we order 10 anyway.

What sort of price are we talking for 1/2 Leather Seats in Lapis Blue? They're nearly a year old and have covered 9,000 miles.

I cant say for definate tilll I see what the height is like compared to my standard seats, which I should get a chance this Saturday.

Plus I have the whole issue of, do I dont I part X (I originally planned to keep original seats to replace for the S)

I appreciate the Part X is dependant on the state of the seat but, assuming the seat is in A 1 Condition:

How much would:

Half Leather: Panther Black Leather / Kaleido Panther Black Cloth, No Heat, JCWs seats

trading in:

Half Leather: Panther Black Leather / Kaleido Panther Black Cloth, No Heat, Sport Seats

Fitted with Air Bag Light sorted cost, (can this be done same day (probably a saturday)theyre fitted what with some of us not living anywhere near Romford )

1/2 Leather would be the same as full leather no difference there.

The average PX seat price per pair would be £200, we do normally sell 2nd hand front seats for around £250 so that would be the max.
