I've just received a quote from JCW directly to supply and fit the JCW brake kit for £896.75. Not much more than the discounted price for three purchasers! Maybe worth contacting JCW for a similar deal?

£750 (plus say 20% off the strut brace) would make me sign up if the dealer concerned was 30 miles away but not if it was 300 miles away!

Hey - quite probably interested in this - have been debating changes on the car, and I think brakes a priority, and if it's an OK deal (which this seems) and covered by warranty (car's only 9 months old) then that can only be a plus... Can the dealer give any discount on JCW brake hoses (fronts) when done at the same time??

Definitely need the hoses doing one way or another. Am waiting for quotes back from JCG, GTT, West and GGR as to what they can respectively do for me - obviously the other guys would have to be significantly cheaper than the JCW route to make it worth it (re warranty issues) so we'll see.

PS anyone know how you can tell whether the brake fluid's 'cooked'? Does it change colour or smell funny or have bits in it or something?

im def in for just brakes and ill sort out the jcw rims for another time when cash has stacked back up!

so im def def in for the brakes if we get that extra person for the 750 price

its a bit of a treck for me being from southend but im up for it
