If your reading this Paul, Thank you!

Guys / Charger Pete,

Good work, I would suggest you approach JCG for a group buy on the JCW suspension, they are already cheaper than the dealers on labour rates and you would have a good experience visiting there

I would suggest you talk with Mike / Paul Cooper,

oh, and I'd be well interested

Does anyone know if these brakes will fit with 16" X-lites?

Sorry I can't get in on the group buy... I live in Japan. I do have a question though... I really need to know if the pads included in the JCW brake upgrade kit are the same size as the standard pads... I'm thinking about getting the JCW brake kit here in Japan, but only if I can use the new callipers with my current brake pads... (They produce very little dust)

I just need to know if they will fit or not.

Thanks!

The front brakes are a different size (different discs, different calipers. The rear brakes use the same calipers with different pads.
The official answer to Wigley's question is "no" but does anyone know any different (I assume you've contacted JCG?)

Oh and they look cool with Bullets (nice gaps to see the new red calipers)
Anyone got them with R90's? (they obviously look nice with JCW wheels)

They fit all MINI 17" wheels
R99's are mentioned specifically in the press release:

R85 17" S-Lite Wheel
R87 16" Double Spoke Wheel
R90 17" Two Piece Cross Spoke Wheel
R91 17" 5-Star Bullet Wheel
R95 18" John Cooper Works Wheel
R98 17" Web Spoke Wheel
R99 17" Double Spoke Wheel

In addition the 16" new wheel R94 fits but presumably not the R84.

I can get a price if more are interested, but it won't be anything as good as the price that Pete offered, as I already enquired

Pete did a great job on this buy
