CLOSED - Cooper S JCW Exhaust Group Buy

Yes thats right the part you aren't supposed to be able to buy and fit on its own

Normal Price from a Dealer if you can talk him into selling it is:

£519.15 +VAT

The Group Buy Price:

£415 +VAT

I will run this Group Buy for a few weeks, to give as many people as possible the chance to take part. But need at least 5 people to take part in this.

1) Fabio
2) Mike Edwards
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)
8)
9)
10)

Right, the offical stuff: A group buy is based upon getting people to commit to buying as a group, so if you are interested and post, you will be expected to have the money available to buy. If someone pulls out last minute you not only mess me, and the supplier about, you also mess up the purchase for your fellow users. Prices do not include any courier delivery charges.

Its only a forum you know!

I haven't really looked into it but what, if any, are the power gains from a JCW exhaust? I know they sound lovely though

you can pay for my ferry, I'll bring it over and expect Dublins Finest Fish and Chips to cover fuel costs

We'll sort you out, even if we have to post to someone up north

I was not aware that the JCW exhaust was available as a separate item - does anyone know if it is possible to buy the pulley alone?

It is, but you have to have a "friendly" dealer.

I suspect Rakey's friendly dealer is the one and the same as who a friend of mine got his JCW pully off of.

Edit- Ok scrap that, he didn't get a pully he got the JCW belt.

Just the cost of the parts, or fitting as well?

just the parts, P&P or fitting are extra

very tempting, but I would need it fitted. This may sound silly as I live right next door to a trye and exhaust place but wouldnt use them as they are a bunch of cowboys.

Are there mpegs around that show the sound difference?

Cheers

I could get you a fitted price, but its a long way for you to travel

give your dealer a call and ask them how much they would charge? Probably an hours work maximum
