Hi Emu Yes! the hotter the climate /the harder you drive the bigger the difference.

Ok Guys, here are the first 'on the car' shots. During fitting we tried using new clamps, old clamps & even clamps not fully done up! In all cases we had no loss of boost ie no air leaking out, nor any leaks under vacuum, ie no air leaking in. (carb cleaner sprayed all around the 'Snoot Boots' at idle & overrun). They are easy to fit,and hold the intercooler steady with just the right amount of compliance.
Ok the next thing you want are prices! -- Tommorow at the latest!
Thank god the tooling was bang on ,I didnt want to have to design/make another set of tooling !
Best Regards Roland Gt Tuning

How's the fit with an OEM intercooler?

They look to be more rigid than OEM boots. Does this complicate installation?

Hi Obe, they will fit stock stock intercooler too ,the elipses are the same size & profile as the GTT intercooler, and the overall length the same.
There is a trick to fitting 'snoot boots' which I will reveal .........
When fitting the the larger 'snoot boot', push it onto the snoot (bullhorn) beyond the little step. With everything in position at the smaller end, swing the larger end down to line up then slide the boot back into its correct position. Very easy.

Thanks Roland. Done that lots with the OEM boots.
I was just wondering if yours were a more rigid and took a bit more grunt .

I'll take a pair in black please

Altas are round, and don't actually fit correctly.

Etalj, yes very different to Alta .Yes Alta ones are bits of round hose chopped off to length. Your right ,It doesnt work this way (we tried it). Hence the time , expense and effort to produce a product that works. Yes price will come today, I was promised a price from our supplier yesterday from the manufacturer (it didn't happen) ,I'll chase again!

Ok guys ,they are £49+vat per set of two. Initially we have 14 sets in blue ,3 in red and 3 in black being made. The delivery time we are given is 'upto 8 weeks'. However they will try and feed a few ? through quicker. When & how many we will not know until they arrive.!
Customers who are happy to pay in advance (its the only way to be fair to everyone) will get priortity, in order of time/date we receive payment. Some good news, they are light so shipping even abroad (usa etc) will be relativly inexpensive.
To order please telephone us or use the contact email on our website, Please state colour.
Best Regards Roland GT Tuning Ltd.

Thanks for the orders Guys. We wont put your payment through until we get the 'snoot boots' in. We just need your card details to reserve your place on the (growing ) list.
