New GTT Silicone Intercooler/Snoot Boots + Pics

Hi Guys, we are proud to announce that we have the first production set of GTT 'Snoot Boots' in stock. This all new GTT product replaces the stock black rubber bellows that ajoin each end of the MCS intercooler to the 'snoots'. They are unique in that they are moulded as an elipse (oval) rather than a circle which you stretch over . This is the only way to achieve a product that is easy to fit, applies even pressure and has no gaps. Any tiny gap here and you lose power guaranteed! Other exclusive features are the use of 5 ply silicone (much stronger than 3 or 4 ply) plus a deliberate marginal increase in wall thickness over the stock bellows. This ensures even with 'well used clamps' they will pull up and clamp the 'snoot boots' evenly & firmly all the way around.
Benefits:-
1) No risk of slippage
2) No Leakage. NB even new stock cars with standard bellows leak,as the clamps on the long snoot often do not pull down enough on the long edges.- See pic 3 of feeler guage through the gap.
3)No chance of splitting.
4)Better flow. The stock bellows have the airflow charscteristics of an accordian !
5)They look stunning ,in full view with the bonnet open, available initially in blue or red.

NB All the special tooling to produce these hoses was designed by myself and produced by GTT. The hoses are produced exclusivley for us by SFS Ltd.The tooling is design registered and remains the property of GTT.
Best Regards Roland Gt Tuning

More pics for you:-
1) Shows the snoot boots 'relaxed', ie not a circle! They are the EXACT profile of the parts they push over. They are a perfect snug fit.
2) Shows feeler guage gap with stock clamps and stock intercooler. Later cars are worse, though it is the clamp on the long snoot (previous post pic) that is the 'gapiest'.
