New GTT Boost Guage & Pod.-now in +pics!

Hi Guys, we now have the new GTT boost guages & Dash Mounted Pods in stock.
The guage is a totally silent unit reading both vacuum & boost. Scale is marked psi from -15psi to +30psi so is a good useable range. The guage faces are available in black/white/ red/ yellow.
The pod has an aluminium front section available in polished/satin (looks very OEM ) anodised blue /anodised black. We supply the kit complete with ultra thin (3mm) tubing for easy plumbing, 'T' piece all fittings/fixings and instructions we've written specifically for Minis. Guage can be used on One and Cooper (vacuum) ,and OneD and MCS (boost & vacuum).Guage fits to top of dash, with no drilling required, easy to see without blocking vision. Theres also a backlight inside should you want to wire it up.
A boost guage is a handy way to monitor boost giving easy indication of an air leak, slipping belt or other problem. Vacuum also monitors leaks at idle & overrun. all in all very very handy.
Price is £79+vat (all colours).
Best Regards Roland GTT

Have you got any pics of it Roland, its just my luck really, I fitted an autometer boost gauge over the weekend!!

With a 17% pulley and JCW m'sport airfilter I'm seeing 15psi at around 6250rpm, on tick over it reads about 12hg, then when cruising along with no throttle on it reads about 22hg. That sound about right??

Hi, its for SC or turbo Mini, GTT...instructions are written for R53 Supercharged MCS.
Matt.... pressure seem a touch high on vac, and a touch low on boost, which could indicate marginal leak on the line somewhere. remember any leak on the boost guage connections effects fuel pressure as your T ing off that connection.
Best Regards Roland GTT
-Will try and put some pics up later.

No problem, could be the guage is fitted correctly, but a slight leak somewhere else (intercooler, intercooler boots etc) .

£45+vat. (plumbed & fitted), we dont wire the light in though.
tbh any guage high up is better without, but the bulb is there if you want to wire it in.
-We have to remove intercooler to fit.
Best Regards Roland GTT

How easy is it to fit and do you get instructions on how to fit as I need to take my intercooler off soon to fit my JCW injectors so I could kill 2 x birds with 1 x stone - thanks.

Hi Al, they will come with GTT written instructions. You'll be fine fitting it (4 out of 10 difficulty).
And you can always telephone/pm if you have any queries.
