Hi Guys, with all this hot weather coming I felt was a good time to remind people of the benefits of our R53 MCS GTT Header Tank (Expansion tank). Its well known that the stock item leaks sometimes. Whats less well known is the tank can complelty split in half along the bonded seam half way up it. weve seen 2 now that this has happened to. The GTT tank not only looks awesome but prevents this from ever occuring. Check it out on our website together with cap and matching oil filler cap. A split tank often results in almost instant head gasket failure, requiring new head (you cannot skim a warped Mini head ).....preventative maintenance and engine bay art in one!
