New GTT300 Turbo 'Topmount'- completed +pics !!

Hi guys, we have been very busy recently honing this new GTT300T 'Topmount Intercooler' (TM) conversion to perfection. ..High power.....very high spec.......low price !
Spec includes the identical roller bearing turbo, GpA T3 actuator, dump valve system, high flow equal cooling electric water pump, GTT throttle boby, purge welded tubular manifold, fabricated downpipe/flexi, oil feed, oil drain systems, larger injectors, bulkhead heat shielding, alloy header tank, & belt idler system etc as with the mighty GTT 300 and 350 T frontmount conversions.
The main differences are...we include a special GTT 16 tube top mount intercooler and special version of our induction kit .
Conversion is designed for RHD cars ! And is only available as a fully fitted and setup conversion. Aircon is fully retained without modification if you have it.
Performance is in another league compared to a highly modded M45 SC setup, and needs to be experienced to be believed...... same as our GTT350T which until people either went in one of our cars or saw the You Tube video GTT350T didnt believe.
The other area this car excels in is drivability /day to day driving. ..Hot /cold idle is faultless....part throttle accelaration faultless.....cruise faultless....snap throtlle accelation faultless....stop start trafficc faultless. This conversion exceeds all expectations for driving. Power is an estimated (conservative ) 300bhp at 19-20psi.
The enginneering is immaculate as can be seen in the pictures.
The best bit is the price ..we can supply and fit complete conversions from £6495
(pics to go up later today guys)

This car has stock cam, already had JCW head..and will have a Miltek exhaust added too, but is not on the car yet. No DIY available (is not possible to fit DIY even if we did supply as a kit). GTT 260 can use head ,cam etc to produce a car well in excess of 300bhp.

My car runs GTT350T spec at around 23psi now still on (40,000mile old) std pistons, however for track day use we would recommend JE pistons.
GTT300T either top mount or front mount at 20psi should be fine on std pistons. And puts alot less risk on the pistons than say a 260-280bhp SC conversions would do.
If you run low octane unleaded and do land speed record attempts in 6th gear u run high risk blowing anything up......so dont do it guys.
This conversion runs cooler water and inlet temps than a SC high power MCS and can run more ignition advance without det/pinking. Also power doesnt drop off at high rpm, nor after sustained use as the imlet temps stay much lower. fuel consumpsion on this 300T TM is very good to, Ive not measured in but £20 seems to last a very long time all things considered.

Roland,
does this conversion allow you to keep air conditioning ?
Any ideas on MPG vs stock car ?
How does the noise compare vs stock ?
Does the car need to be run on 97+ fuel ?
How long to fit ?

Thanks
Perm

hi,
1) Yes air con is retained.
2) Fuel consumpsion improves....but I have no actual figures as to how much, as is dependant on so many factors.
3) Exhaust quieter....much more powerful sounding and no rasp . Some induction noise and dump valve sound on gearchange .
4) Should be run on 99 Oct whenever possible. 97 is ok, but do not use 95 except in emergencys....this applys to any modded MCS, this conversion is more forgiving of low octane than a highly modded SC Cooper S !
5) Car required 4 weeks.
