One point I dont understand....if the package says it will produce 260+ hp then who cares about a baseline aslong as the product does exactly that or more??

Just a bit too much *****ing about nothing.

Hi Guys,here are the same graphs again that were originally on this thread. Weve put them up again as the original host is no longer there.
GTT260 conversion ...273bhp & 233lbft.torque (240 'wheel' horse power) .
Just to recap this was on an independant RR. We also achieved 270bhp at the Mini RR day at Milway Sport ...so is consistant.

i know this is old thread, but the original spec attached to this graph is a much simpler 260 spec than whats sold today as a 260 package,

i was thinking of upping my injectors to 380cc, thought i would check here to see what car was running, still not sure if that was std or jcw ones?

has any one rolling roaded their current 260 spec?
i assume roland hasnt, as old graphs on this post..

Spec of GTT260 conversion hasnt changed (apart from injectors added to spec about 3 years ago). Our car ran 273 bhp with stock manifold (one cat removed). It had a couple of other small differences too I think Karl will be RR'ing his soon .

I will be RR'ing mine in the 1st week of May.

2000 miles on new engine and it seems to be loosening up nicely. With 2 sceduled trips to Newcastle in April and The nurburgring at the end of April i will have about 4000 miles done then, so will RR it in May. Mine is GTT260 bar the Manifiold, i have a slightly fettled Mittlek instead of the Janspeed.

GTT manifold which is part of GTT260 is made by Janspeed but is not the same dimensions/spec etc as Jansppeds own manifold. GTT260 also includes MTH tuner file mapping.

Hi Roland! Sorry to drag up an old thread! Do you remember how much boost pressure you were running? The torque curve just doesnt seem to drop off much so must be still increasing in flow as the revs are rising to compensate Thanks

Yikes! No wonder im so far behind! I must have a leak or a SC thats on its way out Only seeing 13psi at the moment on a 17% I even lost 1psi when I fitted the GTT Manifold so much be free flowing even more.
