You may find the weather being the only thing that puts a damper on things, but it should not stop us driving around a bit as a group as i dont belive there is a convertible Mini in HK just yet

- Just keep the sunroofs closed.

Andy8, saw your ad. in SaiKung last weekend. Looks like it got some attraction. Hope you will get it settled very soon.

If we are going to Tai Mei Tuk, we shall get up earlier. We have to be there beofre 1000 because I think it will be crowded with people who want to get away from SARS and masks. None of us is willing to spend the whole morning to wait for parking spaces.

I'm awake at 6am everyday, but maybe an 8.30-9am start would be better than 10am - especially if were expecting the numbers we think, parking for 10-15 is hard, let alone 20-30.

Dear all Mini Lovers,
It seems like some of you guys want to meet little bit early. So, I would propose a new plan (just slightly different than the old one) that we meet at the first gathering pt on 8:30a at old Kai Tak airport (just in front of the Bowling Centre). Then we start to drive on 8:45a and should be arrived at the second gathering pt ("¹l¶®¤s©Ð"¤§«áªº¤jÁ×¨®³B--©¹¤j®H¤è¦V)around 9:30a. After we get together, we go to our final destination -- Luk Keng (µo°O¤h¦h©±). This is a nice place that Miniclubhk members have breakfast gathering there each month and there should have enough parking space for our mini too. Will you guys accept my proposal? Hope to hear some opinions from all of you regarding this plan! However, whether this proposal will be accepted or not, I should be in the first gathering pt before 8:30a. See all of you tomorrow morning!

We just had a MINI meets today in north CA. Although it rain REALLY BAD today, and as not much people show up as what we thougth before. But it's still very fun.

I also created a very simple basic page to post all the pictures I took today. I don't have time to organize the pictures, so there is a lot of non-sence and out of focus pictures.

I will clean it up and re-design the page when I have time. Can you guys post some pictures of your trip too? So we can share the picture

Is it your car? Does the CE28N with 215/45/17 tyre rub the car? Where did you install the 8000HID and how much?

no rubbing with just myself in the car......it'll will rub occasionally with one or more passenger though.....

got the hid in tst area and it's about 4k installed.

Just want to know when would be the next meet for I could not join today for the event. Wish I was there though. Can all pictures be shown in a gallery like the first meet to TST so that we can all easily scroll through all the beauties?
