is BMWorks a reliable shop???

i think of doing some mod to my MC and found this shop on several magazines but i heard story of the accident they done to a brand new MCS last year (crash during a test drive). an article in optionfan about a white MCS mod by BMWorks, 0-100KM was 8.5 sec, with all this mod, I expect it should go faster than this! is it a good shop? what other good shops in hk? thanks.

Welcome to HK Mini Club and Mini2!

AFAIK, that incident has never been resolved.

What sort of mods are you thinking of putting on? Please check previous posts in this forum for details of other shops, such as Tony @ TW Auto, Nelson @ HKMiniParts, and Perry @ MaxMotorsports. They're all very helpful

Maybe that car can't put it's power to the ground, who knows heehee, maybe those decorations weigh a tonne

Thank Hubert. just some like mod for me (air filter, exhasut etc). I would have to rethink about mod my car I think a stock MCS would have similar performance as that fully mod car (8.5 sec 0-100km)!

As for simple bolt on bits, it doesn't really matter where you go. Just make sure that they don't miss a bolt / gasket etc. Fitting differentials, pulleys etc is a different matter.

As a cvt, my 0-100 is slow and can not match with a MCS.
