BBR in HK?

Hi Guys

Does anybody know BBR dealer in HK? If there is, what is their number, has anyone done any job with them, and what kind of mod?

There is no BBR dealer in Hong Kong.
If you want their upgrade, you'll have to send them your ECU for modifications.

This is not quite true. Although BBR have no official dealer in HK, they can ship the mechanical parts to HK for installation. GTI Engineering in Chai Wan can download the ECU software from BBR in the UK.

I thought there's a dealership conflict?

I vaguely remember that BBR does more than just ignition timing and upping the rev limit, so it might not be as simple as an overlay. Not sure whether they actually need the ECU unit to do mods on the traction control.

If GTI was to become a BBR dealer, then there would indeed be a dealership conflict since they also represent Superchips. But they don't have to be a BBR dealer to install the BBR conversion. You can always separate technical issues from business issues!

All chipping procedures involve more than just altering ignitions timing and upping the rev limit. It has been confirmed by GTI that they can handle the serial download of the BBR ECU upgrade.

Give it a bit of time and you will see an Electric Blue MCS with BBR 240 conversion in HK!

It's great to hear that BBR can offer this arrangement. I'm looking forward to see your BBR240 MCS. Definitely worth the wait
