While looking through parts available for my Mini, I saw this:
Nachrüstsatz Gear Shift Indicator, 62-13-0-410-113. You can look it up here.

My question is... what the heck is it? I mean, other than ''it indicates shifts!''.

What does it display? Anyone have a pic of it?

Originally designed for the John Cooper Challenge race cars and as a motorsport accessory but now offered as a BMW approved JCW option.

Your local BMW dealer should be able to get hold of one, just give them that part no. shown in the first post
