Hi, I currently run a Genesis Profile 5 amp to run my front component speakers and my subs. The amp has five channels 2 for the fronts 2 for the rears and one for the sub. As I dont run rear speakers I want to bridge the amp to run the fronts. I am unsure however how to actually go about this. What does this involve regarding the wiring ?

Go to Profile series, then downloads and look at part 2 of the diagram. I would suggest that you try and run the comps actively as the amp has the crossovers and channels to do it. It doesn't give instructions for bridging it but I'm sure that's fairly easy to do, I think the P5 speaker channels are similar to the P4. If you can't find the info you need give Genesis a call, they're usually very helpful with tech support queries
