Hi guys,

My cooper s has in it a sony xplod headunit (XR-CA630X) and a cd changer which is OK for the time being (until I can afford to upgrade it to a Becker basically!).

The unit works fine with CD's but the radio only allows frequencies from 700Mhz - 900Mhz. So the only radio station I can get on it is BBC Radio 2! Not quite to my music taste.

Now if there was a manual in the car I would be able to have a look , but there isn't. Has anyone else got this headunit and if so is there a hidden menu I can access?

Sounds like a jap spec radio?

Solved the problem! Went online and found a manual.

Couldn't see anything in there about the frequency changing but it did show the "reset" button... hit that and its now working normally which is good news!
