hiya,
does anyone know if there is a security code that is required to be input into the wave radio head unit after u disconnect and then reconnect a battery?

Yep.

On my old mini one i had a code and i had to put this in when i disconnected the battery and what not

My was on a little credit card shape card in the Mini folder that you have with the car, maybe the original owner lost it or didn't pass it on.

How come you're planning on disconnecting the battery anyway?
