OK so it is a Parrot kit

I / we have parrot in 3 cars and they are excellent bits of kit.

Can be fitted by yourself in circa 45 minutes if you are confident at taking things apart - I am assuming that you have an R53.

Would I trust Halfords to do it - probably not as they may well not know how to take the radio out of a MINI.

Look at Mikey the Mini at NewMINIStuff.com
Here you will get all of the adaptor leads etc included so that you can also use the MFSW buttons
