Hi i have looked on JCW site and they are listing the ones i dont want, i cant find a part number for these ones i saw at mini united. Does anyone know the part number? or have them on there MINI? any idea on cost? thank you. Really want these ones only.

They look like the illuminated door strips to me, i can't find any information in £'s, but in america they were $452 plus 2.5 hrs fitting

Have you tried contacting Woodman MINI? I think I remember somebody asking for them on the AeroKit thread in the group buy section...

Thats not the best of pic and im not sure what types are available but ive just got a JCW set from ebay cost me £35 delivered!

That was a good deal. I payed £70 for mine - non illuminated, black background. Still well pleased with them though and a piece of cake to fit.

It was so i snapped it up and used the buy it now!

Ive been looking at them for a while and going for nearly £50 - £60 so i didnt mess about with these!

I scanned this from the JCW Accessories Brochure that I picked up at MINI UNITED. The ones you are after are the Illuminated Sills (Bottom). They retail for £ 185 - There is no part number listed. Elswhere it just states under part number "Ask Your Dealer".

I have the Illuminated Cooper S ones. The are the dogs

... It gives the entry strips a very classy look and feel and then you have the added bonus feature at night!

You will not have the "bubbling" issues with these as you might with the standard sills, seeing that they are made of a thicker material.

Thanks everyone, typical for me that they have to be the most expensive ones i like ghr! ill start saving now as they look brilliant. Didnt know they lit up, not to bothered about them lighting up just loved the look of them in day light

Thats the same with most JCW parts on eBay, people just dont check, theres a guy selling Aero grills for £70 quid a time, i looked at his feedback on the items he's sold and they have gone for over £100, there only £43 from the dealer for both grills.
