Question JCW seats airbag resistor

hi,
I just bought some JCW seats which dont have airbags and was wondering if anyone has a picture or advice on how to fit the 4 ohm resistor which stops the warning light coming on. I have the resistors but i'm not sure which way round they go, or does it not matter?
Thanks,
Crammy

Shouldn't matter, resistors are not usually polarised.

Thats what I was hoping but I seem to remember from my technology days at school that you had to get the coloured lines the right way round

To do a nice job,you need the connector from dealers around £15 a resistor, some cable , conduit and a nice tidy box to put them in also you should add a fuse!!! Should the circuit get triggered having a live wire under your seat with out being fused is not a real good idea.

Hi, I saw the unit you sell on your site but it said it was a special order, i assume this means it will take a while for delivery?
Thanks,
Crammy

Resistors are not polarised, it doesn't matter which way round they are connected up.

The coloured lines matter when you're reading the colour code from them to work out the value.
