MP3 CD Changer

Hi guys, I am looking at mp3 compatable CD changers as the headunit in pre face lift minis doesn't play mp3 Cd's

Does anybody recommend a good one to buy that will work?

has anybody bought this pack?

I was really looking for something a little cheaper but this will do...

Or should i just do what i have always done in the past and replace the head unit? (i would prefer to leave standard headunit in) I have HK speakers in this mini again and not sure if that has any influence on my choice of head unit?
