URGENT need some help

Hello,

Im just fitting my new stereo to my R53 car which has the Harmon Kardon speakers, And my stereo now has no sound, Any ideas ??????????????

Its a mini adventure!

No problem there......

You need an H/K Enabler from MikeyTheMini.

As you have H/K you have an amp in the boot and for the amp to work you need this adapter, and again if you have Multi Function Steering Wheel

hears the adapter...

Thanks mate, I guess there is no other way of fixing it apart from buying the special adapter then?

Its a mini adventure!

Nope not unless you can make that adapter yourself an i doubt that!

I have H/K Also and i sold my aftermarket head unit because i did not see any sense in spending another £100 on adapters to get an already expensive enough Head Unit to work. Although i do find my H/K to work and sound great, just i had that Head unit anyway from my last cooper without H/K.

There is a way to totally bypass the amp but it would defeat the purpose of having the HK.
