Ok, have the option on a 3-spoke steering wheel with multifunctioon, however its the tip tronic one. So can the paddles just be removed from the wheel and then used on a manual car. just wondered where the tips were attached to.

Anybody?

Yes can be done but removing the paddles will leave gaps in the back of the wheel.
