Hi!

I'm bidding on this seat on ebay JOHN COOPER WORKS SEAT FOR BMW MINI R50 MODEL NEW on eBay, also, Mini, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 01-Feb-08 15:51:24 GMT)

To replace one of mine which is a touch worn out, does anybody know how hard they are to fit and also if its possible to put the heaters from my seat into this one?

Jamie...

They are a dodle to fit really.

1, Remove the 2 wiring harness under the seat ( Yellow & Blue)
2, If you have a look at the 4 mounting screws under the seat in each corner, you need a small socket set and torx bit to undo them, and remove the seat.
3, if the new seat does not come with the seat belt pre tensioner then undo the torx bolt on your old seat on the pre tensioner and snip off the zip ties then replace on new seat.
4, Replace seat and 4 bolts,
5, Clip the 2 plugs back together, if you do that before you turn the ignition on then you wont have the airbag light come on.
