Hi guys just wondering if I was to buy a multi function steering wheel, would it work with my Sony aftermarket headunit?? And how hard are they to wire up as my car doesn't have the multi function wheel at present!! Cheers

You would need to also fit a BMW to SONY adaptor kit that translates the BMW IBUS signals to a format that the SONY ICE can understand, autoleads probably do one.
I did this to my KENWOOD ICE and the up/down, left/right buttons worked.

but not the cruise.....................
