Track Names.. Any possible way!

Is there ANY possible way AT ALL to get MP3 CD's to display track names on the Harmon Kardon Head Unit (mine is December 04).

What about a Car PC in the boot playing the MP3 CD, sending the track name via IBUS to the Head unit?
