Recaro Pole Positions ABE's

Hi I have just ordered a custom set of Recaro Pole Position ABE's, having them re trimmed so they are the same as the photo below. I was wondering whether anyone else has had them installed and how difficult it is.

If they are going in an R56 then it would be the same sub frames as the works ones surley as they are both Recaro....

They are some super hot seats though and Im sure you will be pushing your car on the bends without noticing with all that support. Can't wait to see the pics when done!

Who is re-trimming them for you?

Are you having a harness? if not the only issue I can see is the height of the sides in relation to the buckle?

They do a kit especially for the mini, so I bought that . No tily obviously, but the rears are being binned and a rear seat delete going in to smooth it over. I do like the complete leather ones, but I do love Alcantara, and I think it really shows off the seat design

I got them from Capital Seating, who are the main UK Recaro distributor nd also Recaros UK trimmer. Should post pics in May as there is still two weeks till they arrive and there is alot of other work to be done, so I would rather show the finised job

Not sure yet, always been a bit unsure about having a harness in a road car. The rear seat delete kit is harness ready, however as these are ABE's they are designed to work with both. Should be goo either way.
