I know that this should be in the ICE section but I figured that this area gets the most coverage and I need an answer quite quickly so I can order a cable if possible; so her goes;

I have a 03 plate cooper with a standard headunit, cd tuner, which I presume is a Boost ? It also has the HK upgrade.

I wanted an aux in lead for it but when I spoke to the dealer they said that they didn't do an aux in for the model

.

However from some posts it looks as though it is possible ? Does anyone know what cable I would need from you ?

Any help would be appreciated,

If you have HK, then you have a Boost. However, that radio probably does not have an AUX in port as that was not an option until the 04 face lift. My advice would be to call Mikey at

NewMINIStuff.com and see what he can do.

Normally CD Boost 2003 on have aux in facility
Here is our kit - aux in - NewMINIStuff.com IN STOCK
We also have aux in for Minis without aux in - we fit an interface into the cd changer port
If you buy the aux in from me & it turns out your stereo doesnt have it - I will refund you or swap it for the other version no problems

I have a 2006 Cooper with standard boost, what would i need for to use this aux facility?

Mike,

Fitted the cable today and works perfectly

. Definately an improvement using the aux cable rather than the FM modulator on the HK drive and play.
