From Wednesday this week we will have a new kit to upgrade the sat nav in 1st gen Minis. Aimed at those with early or faulty systems this kit will play through the factory screen.
It is programmed by a hand held remote. The navigation is by Garmin & has full Europe mapping. Speed cameras can be added by SD card (as can map upgrades) TMC is optional. The voice can either come through a supplied speaker or we can use a interface to play it though the car speakers

Sorry guys I put it on our site but forgot to link on here. We are offering it with speaker or with interface for factory speakers. We can also add TMC to it. I will get some screen shots - it is basically the same nav that kenwood use & I have that in my car.
I will offer a free fit on the first customer to go for it
