Routing cables

Hi im just about to fit my new stealth sub in the boot of my Mini Cooper S, but im unsure where to run the rca audio cables from HU to the amp in the boot (battery is in boot so no need to run any power cables).

Which would be the best route, and down which side?

I found the above site very usefull when fitting my sub, it now looks and sounds Great!!!
