JCW 3-spoke wheel upgrade from 2-spoke R50

Hi, I have the 2-spoke wheel on my 02 MINI. I am looking at buying a JCW 3-spoke on ebay the seller will include the cf wheel inserts. Will this be straight forward fit? i understand I need the 3-spoke Airbag..wil this be all thats needed to upgrade? Many thanks!
