iPod Touch - MINI2

Hi newbie here for a bit of advice!

I have the iPod (glovebox) connector fitted and have been quite happily using my 30GB iPod Video with it for the last year and a bit. Just changed over to an iPod Touch, set up the 5 Playlists as normal e.g. MINI1, MINI2, etc and now it doesn't recognise it! It plugs in ok but all I get from the head unit is 'NO MAGAZINE' - and the iPod doesn't display the usual 'MINI - Ok to disconnect' message - am stumped!

ADMIN - Sorry if i've misposted here but I seem to have been visited by the 'FAIL Blimp' in trying to search the forums for posts relating to my issue!

Grateful if anyone has any ideas!

Have you tried resetting the Ipod. See if that cures it.

Hi

I actually (stupidly) paid for the 2.0.2 firmware upgrade and now it works. However, once again, I feel i've been visitied by the 'FAIL Blimp' and I should just've reset the damn thing!
