Alloy Pedal Kit

I was curious if anyone has changed their black pedals to the new alloy pedals that are now featured in the 2003 models? If so, have you done it via your dealer, or yourself. I am thinking about buying the kit when it is available, but am curious if I should do it via my dealer or do it myself.
I have never really done anything with cars before, do you think I'd be able to do it? Or should I just let my dealership do it?

I'd like to know too. So far I haven't seen any aftermarket pedals I like.

I've talked to my dealer, and he says that some dealerships in the UK have started changing pedals. He said they should be coming to Canada and the US soon. Just gotta keep our hopes high!

Anyone with a pic?

Pretty please?

I still haven't seen any other pedals that I REALLY like.

Here's a pic of the pedals... they're from Linda M.'s car. Thanks Linda, they look great!

The cluth and brake pedals are slip on, but the accelerator is a little harder to cahnge. I just put the on my car. They look great.

Oh really!? Did you just buy the kit and install them yourself? How much did it cost!? Was it hard to install?

I want those, too. And they would match the brushed shift knob (Whalen Shift Machine) nicely.

Thanks a lot for the pic, MiniMan7. They are pretty nice, and I like that they match the dead pedal.

Can anyone tell me if the black strips are raised and rubbery....that'd be good for some grip. Also, any idea of price in Canada or the US?

CooperSdriver -
Another post says the p/n for the brake and clutch pedal is 35 20 6 758 751. Since you've obviously gotten the parts and installed them, can you confirm this p/n? I called my dealer, and they tell me that p/n description is 'rubber pedal'. As in the old 2002 style.
Thanks
Larry
