Does anyone know how to replace the radio in a 2003 mini? The dashboard has been changed and now blocks access to the drivers top side screw, preventing removal of the silver struts. Is there an easy way to remove the bottom part of the dash? Please help!

Yup it is really easy i spent a whole weekend trying then read the answer on hear.

It is hinged at the bottom and held in by to lugs at the top. The non technical technique is grab it under the steering coloum and pull it out and down at the same time, a word of caution it needsa good pull but i assure this is how it`s done.
