Wet Okole Seat Covers

Does anyone have the Wet Okole Seat Covers installed?

Did you install them or have it done?

Is the seat back cover installed under or over the plastic on the back of the seat?

I have bought a set but having difficulty with the install; hope to hear from someone with experience.
