| MINI2 Regular | The knob is original, just covered in leather. It can be considered temporary, since it can be removed from the bottom (I'd lift the knob off first). Otherwise the knob is unaltered. The shaft cover is new, I removed the original, copied the pattern (mostly just a quarter circle), and put it on. Though I did skip making the base holes. The base of the shaft cover is squeezed by the grey plastic ring (the visible one) and an inner black plastic ring, which also has pegs and clips to connect to the car and the cover (these are the holes I skipped). You can't really tell in the picture, but they are separate parts - the knob cover is completely independent from the shaft cover. I'm not happy with the color, but then, I was also unhappy with the original black/grey. At least now is feels much better. '02 Indi Blue Cooper, white wheels and roof w/ US flag |

| 01 | it was either the new bentley or the new rolls royce that coms with an electric heated knob. I was watching top gear when they were talking about it, and i thought how usless, and how bad can it be that you need an electric knob warmer! Now I have a mini, I definatley need an electric knob warmer ![]() |
