Yeah...i was thinking of that. I'd really like one of those whalen knobs everyone has been raving about, and a little bit of a break on the wallet wouldn't hurt to push me over the edge.... Doug?

Whatever.

Thanks Gordon!

I have fun with it; just a small sideline business for me, at this point.

They're like stainless crack or something.

If you pass them to AprilWhine she can ferry them up, I think she's coming to the Cooters run this weekend...

Sorry you can't make it, i tested the route last week, some great roads!

Your shifters are really beautiful Doug.

I have seen steel and stone, any thoughts about making some out of wood?

Haven't considered wood, yet.

I still need to finish developing the stone ones before they are "officially" on the market, but it won't be much longer (I hope!)

I've also been trying to find some epoxy that would work on the phenolic material that billiard balls are made of, and no luck yet; so at this point, no billiard ball shift knobs.

Doug, the bowling ball epoxy stuff mentioned in an earlier thread didn't work out for you? It sounded so promising.

Whatever.
