Hey guys,

I just picked up my mini the other day and just loved it (NOT!) when I realised it was a 2002 model year. Its May and I was sold that car. So ****ed. Oh well.

Anyway I just want to know whether the Auxiliarry input is on the 2003 mini cooper radio that is sold in Australia as standard. I am going in to the dealer today and going to get them to swap over my 2002 radio for the 2003 radio, but thought I would check on this first.

I'm wondering the same thing, we've just purchased a dec 2002 build MCS with HK. I'd like to wire it up for our ipod.

From what I've been told so far it should be ok.

My dealer has agreed to swap a stereo from a 2003 mini with my 2002 mini tomorrow morning so I will let you know how it goes.

So am I correct in saying, if the software version on my Head unit is v50 then the Aux will work?
