United-States mini sound modul

i am looking to upgrade my sound system. i want to add an
amp.. while looking for wiring help i came across this mini sound modul...does anyone know what it is.

i wanted to keep the head unit and add 2 amps one for the speakers and one for sub..i am looking for the best way to wire it. using hi level connection.or does someone make a plug in adapter for the am like i purchased for a honda
