General Question - Aftermarket seat installed, seat belt light???

Hey everyone,

Quick question about getting the seat belt light to shut off after installing aftermarket seats - I was able to fool the airbags into thinking there was still resistance from the factory seats by splicing in a 3.9 ohm resistor on the yellow snap in adapter, but the same process wouldn't work for the driver's side blue snap in adapter, for the factory seat belts. I've removed every single seat belt out of the car, and installed two 3 point double release harnesses like I had in my modified honda. I've attached them to the rear seat back attachment - when you fold the rear seats down, you'll know what I mean, the bracket that the seats snap in to. I've also removed the rear seat backs, leaving the bottom for appearance right now, since the whole back end behind the front two seats will be fiberglassed / molded to.... well, I'm not giving anything away just yet, you'll just have to wait and see.... Its pretty damn insane, but hey, I'm 21 and still can do what I want!!! haha...

Anyways, anyone who has removed the factory seats and not kept the factory seat BELTS, please let me know how you got the light to go out. I have the factory DVD Navigation and HAD the sport seats, in case that makes a difference, not sure if it will. Thanks in advance!!!
