Does anyone here happen to have precise dimensions of the MINI shifter (the area where the knob goes) or conversely, the dimensions of the hole for the shifter knob?

I suppose I could yank mine off and get out my micrometer/calipers and measure it - but if someone's already did it, I'd be much obliged.

I have an idea for a new kind of aftermarket knob.

You'd be hard pressed to beat the Whalen range, but good luck!

I think you'll be yanking your knob off judging by the lack of response.
