Does anyone know if the lines on the rev counter before the red ones are supposed to be illuminated?

My red ones are on but around the 6500 rpm mark there are some other dark lines that I thought would be orange or something?

Any ideas

This is absolutely normal. All of them has it including mine...It's kind of a sporty touch ! Don't sweat about it !!
