Squeaks in the seat. Final Solution !

Hi,
after a week with the car and 2 times in BMW without fixing this problem i took this issue my self to my production plant. I will provide you the step by step pictures how to fix this problem. We took apart my front seat today in work and called in JCI Telford and Brose Cuborg that supplies mechanical parts to the seats for our production (xc90, V70, S80, S40) to look at it and they found the seat to be poorly designed. : (

We made some small reworks and lubed it up and changed the (spring mat) pullmaflex mat as we call it here and taped the chassie with som anti squeak tape.

More info and pictures to come.
Thanks to great people at Lear Corp. breakdown area for helping me out and offcourse James at JCI and Peter in Brose
Thanks boys !!!

Can't wait for these. Mine's been to the dealer a number of times only to have them say, "we can't replicate the problem". Which, I suppose could be true, IF YOU NEVER SAT IN THE SEAT! Very much looking forward to your writeup and pictures.
