How to remove interior bits of the dash ?

I want to remove the silver interior bits on my dash accept the airbag one to put in felt tape behind... do i pry them of ? or ? Plzzzzz help i am going mad with the clicks and squiks and so on GRRRR.

I recently took of the piece around the dash. There is one (maybe two) screws holding it at the bottom - going straight up into the dash. On my US MINI, you can find one by opening the glove box.
After that it is all clips - including two at the top which I could only release by gently bending the top of the dash upwards slightly.

Torx ? and i think there should be screws holding the other bits also ?
hmmm no one that can bring some more light on this issue that i am having ?

Yes you will need Torx drivers - quite available these days, I think!

yup got the torx set when i picked up my car geting really sick and ed off at my dealer that cant fix the rattles on the dash. Going to day to sort that crap out my self with 100 m of tape
