Unhappy How Do I remove Door Panels on '05 Facelift MCS?

Hi All,
I have bought speakers, cables, crossovers etc to replace the existing front door speakers in my July Build Mini Cooper S.
However, after looking at all the DIY guides on how to remove the door panels, I am stuck.

How on earth do you remove the new design door panels?

The armrest part seems to cover the final screw that has to be removed and if forced off I am afraid that I will break it.

Has anyone upgraded the speakers in any of the facelift Mini's yet? If so, any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
